Customer Success & Sales Manager — Amersfoort

What will you do?

This is not a standard customer success or sales role. You combine account management, operations, and commercial work in one position. You make sure customers are well taken care of — and that IVONO benefits commercially as a result.

  • Account Management — You monitor the quality and progress of customer requests, ensure swift follow-up, and keep the CRM tight and up-to-date.
  • Commercial — You identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, prepare quotes, and develop new projects for both B2C and B2B clients.
  • Process Improvement — You optimise workflows, work with automation and AI tools, and translate customer feedback into concrete improvements.
  • Customer Contact — You advise customers by phone, email, and in our showroom in Amersfoort.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's level of thinking and working
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in customer success, sales, support, or account management
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch (English is a plus)
  • Commercial acumen combined with strong organisational skills
  • Digitally savvy — you quickly find your way around CRM systems and new tools
