Shipping

Our standard products will be delivered in 1-3 working days. You will receive a track & trace by email.

Larger products like Desks and Office Chairs have longer delivery time of 2-6 working days. This special delivery generally takes place on Wednesdays.

Yes, you will receive a Tracking ID by email. Please note that it depends on the carrier.
Special delivery with Desks or Chairs will be provided on Tuesday evening.

We have free delivery from €75+ orders. We charge a minimal shipping cost of €5.85 for order with lower order value.

We currently only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. You can contact our customer support for any special request outside of this area.

Returns

We offer a try-out for 14 days after the product has been delivered.
If for any reason you wish to return the product, then please make sure that:

  1. Product is undamaged
  2. Packaging is original and undamaged
  3. Product is fully disassembled

Just contact our customer support for the return process.

You can request the return within 14 days after delivery and you can test the products during this 14-days time.
We offer a special return policy for our desks and chairs. You can contact our support team to request the return.
We come to pick up the desk or chair at your shipping adres, free of charge.

Please make sure the following:

  1. Product is undamaged
  2. Packaging is original and undamaged
  3. Product is fully disassembled

Just contact our support team with:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason of return
  3. Confirmation of undamaged product and packaging

We accept returns for opened or used products as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. You have to request for the return within 14-days after delivery.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product. However, it may take longer depending on the payment method used and the bank processing time.

Please notify us immediately when you see damage on the cartons when being received. You can send us a picture before opening the box.
If the product is damaged then we will swap the products for a new product.
