About IVONO

IVONO is a fast-growing scale-up in ergonomic workplaces. We supply and install desks and complete workspaces for businesses and individuals in the Netherlands and Belgium. We're a scale-up with the energy and pace that comes with it — informal, ambitious, and constantly moving forward.

What will you do?

You work from the warehouse, but also regularly visit customers on-site. This is not a standard warehouse position. You ensure everything runs smoothly: from preparing orders to executing and delivering projects. You get a lot of freedom and responsibility in your work.

• Warehouse & Preparation: Collect and prepare orders for projects. Support warehouse operations on busy days. Manage inventory and maintain overview. Prepare materials and deliveries.
• Projects & Assembly: Independently execute assembly projects at customer locations. Assemble desks, chairs and accessories. Ensure neat and correct delivery. Handle customer contact and satisfaction.
• Coordination & Responsibility: Prepare and schedule projects. Arrange transport (drive yourself or arrange carriers). Direct colleagues or external assemblers if necessary. Monitor scheduling, quality and customer satisfaction.

What do you bring?

• You work independently and take responsibility
• You are practically minded and skilled at assembly
• You maintain overview and can plan effectively
• You are reliable and tackle work proactively
• Valid driver's license (Category B) required
• Experience in logistics, assembly or technical work is a plus
• Reach truck certificate is a plus
  

What do we offer?

• Salary between €2,600 and €3,200 gross per month (based on 40 hours, depending on experience and effort)
• Work with a reach truck or electric pallet jack in the warehouse
• 32 hours is negotiable
